LGBT event ‘Tokyo Rainbow Pride’ that was held at the Yoyogi Park this weekend has been criticized by the masses for overdoing public displays of indecency, namely a booth of gay men displayed in shibari and BDSM attire.
The Tokyo Rainbow Pride event was held from April 19 through April 21 at the Yoyogi Park in Shibuya, Tokyo, with the purpose of having people “reocognize the diversity of sexuality.”
However, complaints and criticism flooded the Internet shortly after reports of gay men tied up in turtle shell rope binding.
