Nouka Real Estate issued an apology on its official X account after the company was criticized by the people for its ‘sexual advertisements’ being ‘too inapproriate’ and ‘practically sexual harassment.’
Several ads from Nouka Real Estate went viral for their messages, including ‘”My Room is uncool and I can’t fall in love,” “My room is so lame that my first time has been delayed,” “My girlfriend’s heart is cold because my room is cold,” and “My personality is dark because my room is dark.”
However, the ad that caught the most attention was an image of one of the ads saying, “Art college students are welcome! Beautiful female college students are also welcome!! (lol).”
Disgruntled comments flooded the Internet, calling out the company:
“It’s too inappropriate.”
“It’s sexual harassment.”
“No, I’m disgusted.”
“I don’t like it.”
“You guys were slipping up here and there, but you’ve finally done it…”
“This sexual harassment advertisement is problematic.”
“I have doubts about the company’s compliance system, which seemingly allows such motions without any issue.”
Ugly female college students are obviously not welcome.

Another day, another company that shoots itself in the foot with an unnecessary apology. If anything, the last one’s a play on “seeking arrangements” ads.
That was mild and funny. They shouldn’t have apologised.
Sex sells. As long as humans exist, sex sells. As long as sex sells, humans exist. How else did people think we came so far, by reproducing asexually?
They should’ve stood their ground and REFUSED to apologize. They should’ve doubled and tripled down for what they did. If prudish people think anything related to sex is problematic, IT’S THEIR OWN GODDAMN PROBLEM ALONE, NOT ANYONE ELSE’S!!!
